What happens when I downgrade my plan?

When you downgrade your Notion plan, some of the features available with your previous plan may be affected. Here’s what to expect ⬇️


As your needs change, you might want to downgrade your Notion plan. To do this:

  1. In your sidebar, click SettingsBillingChange plan.

  2. Select the plan you want to change to, then click Continue.

  3. Provide some feedback for us, then click Downgrade.

  4. You’ll receive confirmation of your downgrade, and see when your current plan ends.

Each plan comes with different features and capabilities, so make sure that before you downgrade, you understand how your workspace will be impacted by the downgrade. The chart below outlines features based on what plan you downgrade to.

If your workspace has two or more people in it, you’ll be able to use up to 1,000 blocks in your workspace.
