⦿ How to Use This Template?

1. Start by duplicating this template into your workspace.
2. Fill in your goal and motivation photo (you can add more if you like).
3. In all Notion views, you can use filters and sorting options at the top of each view.

💡 The sections are interconnected and pull information from the same database.

⦿ Plan Sessions View

Add your workouts: You can add new ones using the dedicated button or from the top right of the view.
In the "Type" column, create your own types of workouts based on your program and preferences.
In the "Exercises" column, create the exercises you will do during this workout. You will easily be able to link them to future workouts.
Fill in the different columns.
Delete the pre-filled sample workouts in the template.

⦿ Plan Dates View

To plan multiple weeks at once, you can select multiple sessions, duplicate them, and then move them to the following week, for example.

⦿ Planning View

View your monthly schedule.
Check off completed workouts.
A "to reschedule" tag will automatically appear if the workout date has passed and it hasn't been checked off.

⦿ Content View

Debrief your completed workouts by filling in the different columns.

⦿ Monthly and weekly data View

View your monthly reports with the percentage of workouts completed versus the original planned workouts and the total training volume completed per month and week.
