This template is designed to help you effectively plan and track your running workouts. It combines ease of use with advanced features to optimize your program and performance!

⦿ How to Use This Template?
1. Start by duplicating this template into your workspace.
2. Fill in your goal and motivation photo (you can add several if you'd like).
3. In all Notion views, you can use filters and sorting options at the top of each view.
💡 The sections are interconnected and pull information from the same database.
⦿ Planning View
Add your runs: you can add new ones using the dedicated button or from the top-right corner of the view.
In the "Type" column, create your own types of runs according to your program and needs.
Fill in the various columns.
Delete the pre-filled example workouts in the template.
⦿ Date Planning View
To plan several weeks at once, you can select all the runs from a typical week, duplicate them, and move them to the following week, for example.
⦿ Schedule View
Check your monthly schedule.
Mark off the runs you've completed.
A "to reschedule" tag will automatically appear if the workout date has passed and it hasn't been checked off.
⦿ Content View
Debrief your completed workouts by filling in the various columns.
The duration in hours, pace in min/km, and speed in km/h will be automatically calculated.
⦿ Monthly Review View
Check your monthly reviews, showing the percentage of runs completed compared to those initially planned.
You'll also see the total hours and kilometers completed per month and week.
