How to Use the 3-Week Habit Challenge Tracker:

Monitor your progress and earn a medal if you complete at least 70% of your habits each week.
The same habits are repeated across all 3 weeks to build consistency.
*Weekly Wellness Goals
Set your wellness goals at the start of each week.
Track your progress and earn a medal if you complete at least 70% of your weekly goals.
Each week introduces new goals to keep you on track.
*Your Mood Today
Select your emotion for the day and receive a cat companion that matches your mood—because motivation can come in many forms!
*Weekly Reflection
At the end of each week, write a reflection in the “What Went Well This Week” section to track your progress and celebrate your achievements.
*New Week
At the start of each week, ensure you’ve selected the correct week in the trackers and wellness goals sections.
*Restart the Tracker
Once the 3 weeks are complete, you can restart the tracker to continue your journey. Use the Restart button located at the bottom of the page. It will reset your data while keeping your reflections.
