Pill Tracker

This template lets you track which meds (in pill form) you take, when you intend to take them, and when you've taken them. You can use what you document to create charts that show when in the day you usually take a med. You can also monitor how many pills you have left and when you'll need refills.

This template is designed to complement any physical pill organizers you might use with features that let you check off when you've sorted your pills into your pill organizer and automate logging that you've taken a handful of pills at one time.

Finally, this template can let you monitor how much of a medication might be in your system based off of the half life of that med, which you'll have to look up for yourself if you want to use this feature. The half life usually has a range, so the value calculated should be considered an approximation. Nothing in this template constitutes medical advice.
