Hipporello’s 1-Click Service Desk allows you to collect **customer and internal requests** through **forms and emails** that automatically create entries in your Notion database. Once these entries are created, you can **communicate directly with the requester within Notion**.
The 1-Click Service Desk helps manage these requests via a **user portal**, **forms**, **email integrations**, and **automations**. It automatically converts your emails and form submissions into Notion database items, streamlining your workflow. The forms can be customized using an intuitive drag-and-drop form builder, and they can either be embedded on your website or listed on the user portal.
This tool facilitates direct, **two-way communication** with **employees**, **clients**, **consultants**, and **potential leads**. All interactions occur within Notion through comments and automated email notifications, ensuring seamless communication without the need to switch platforms. The **user portal** also supports cohesive **branding**, **access control**, and additional features.
