Task Prioritizer
About this template
When creating a new task you can add more information that will help Notion to assess its priority.
Next to the usual information like To-Do, Deadline, Project and Notes you will add the priority dimensions "effort" and "impact" as well as whether the task is of high "importance".
This will prioritize your tasks as such:
- The closer the deadline, the higher the urgency and therefore the priority
- Tasks of high importance will be ranked of higher priority
- The "low hanging fruits" (low effort + high impact) will be prioritized
In the background a priority score is calculated for each task. You can adjust the algorithm of how these scores are assigned, if you'd like to.
That way you know exactly which tasks to tackle first 🙌
