About this template
Rate tasks in terms of the impact they will have, and the level of difficulty or amount of time they will take to complete. Quick and easy tasks that will have a high impact will score very highly, whereas difficult tasks that won't have much impact will score the lowest. Once all your tasks are rated in order of priority it's easy to see which items you should tackle first.
