I have ADHD and Autism and definitely struggle with getting everything done. I have been using this task list (integrated with my notion calendar!) for a good while now and it has honestly really helped with many of my issues. The reason it helps me is the automations I have built into it - if you need to put multiple sub-tasks then it automatically changes the complexity to reflect this, I have tried to word the complexity so it is easier to pick, the date completed automatically adds when you check the task AND if you decide to check the task as complete OR update its status then both automatically update to reflect the other and move the task to the "done" section! I added a calendar view to add tasks to my calendar, in the "complete by" section just put the date and time, add the database to your calendar and watch as all your tasks are now scheduled. I find it really helpful to keep the completed tasks in a separate area I can close because on days where I feel I am struggling to get things done I can have a look and see that I am productive and I have completed so many tasks!
