This template is for all the new bloggers, creators, podcasters, YouTubers, Tik-Tok-ers, etc that need a simple way to plan their content publication & track ideas ––while at the same time creating a library of new & old content you can search through when you get 'writers block' and need inspiration or to see what you've already published.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a place to search for answers to that question, "Haven't I done a post on _____ topic before?" With this template, you'll be able to answer that question quickly & efficiently with a simple search or using Notion's AI! Once you find the answer, you can quickly copy the title, download the thumbnail image, &/or grab the link to the exact post anytime you need it. You'll also be able to write your post captions, tags etc while you plan out the content so it's copy-and-paste-able when you're ready to publish on whatever platform later.
THE TEMPLATE INCLUDES:
- free space on the main page to make it pretty & fun (Giphy stickers, images, etc),
- a basic notepad area to write down unformed thoughts if you want before you add it to the database below,
- a main database with 4 different views (kanban board, spreadsheet/table, calendar by month or week, and completed posts library) of your information
