Client & Project Management
About this template
If you have limited availability as a service provider or freelancer, you might've wished there was an easy way to plan out your availability for the year and share that carefully planned schedule with potential clients, ––without also showing them your internal work calendar details.
This publicly sharable page in Notion is in-part connected to a client address book database, where you can map which client wants which spot, how much each spot is worth with a public price-range, and a place for you to map which client books that spot (privately), and label each spot with a status so you know which spots are taken vs available.
In the table view, you'll be able to see how much you can make each year if you fill each spot, based on how much you're charging for each one, which will help you realistically plan out your year as a service provider!
THIS TEMPLATE INCLUDES:
- 1 page for internal use with
→ an embedded time-zone converter,
→ a project calendar database with a calendar view, project spreadsheet/list view, and a list of Out of Office Dates,
→ a separate database to be used like a very basic CRM or address book to track basic client details like phone number, email, address, projects booked, notes, timezone, and more
- 1 page for external use, to share with potential clients during the booking process
→ a linked view of the project calendar that will NOT show any client information, just the price or price range, status, etc.
A great starting point for any service provider, solopreneur or freelancer!
