Server Management Workflow:
Users start by onboarding a new server using the main button.
1. Onboarding: The user utilizes a checklist (customizable by company) to onboard a server.
2. Maintenance tasks are automatically scheduled based on the assigned maintenance frequency.
3. Scheduled Maintenance: The user utilizes a checklist (customizable by company) to perform maintenance tasks on servers.
4. (Temporary) Deactivation: The user initiates the deactivation process using the “deactivate server button”
5. Periodic Checks on Inactive Servers: The user periodically reviews deactivated servers to decide whether to keep them inactive, re-onboard, or permanently offboard.
6. Offboarding: The user utilizes a checklist (customizable by company) to offboard a server.
Each step is facilitated with buttons to create, finalize, or delegate tasks, ensuring clarity in process flow and minimal manual intervention.
Team & Personal Pages:
- Delegation: Users can add subtasks for team collaboration during onboarding, maintenance, or offboarding.
- Personal Dashboards: Employees have personal pages showing their tasks organized by priority, including "This Week & High Priority," "Workflows," and future tasks.
- Tasks are monitored for delays, helping users stay on track.
- Management Dashboards: Management can track progress in real-time with clear server and workflow overviews as the team performs their tasks.
