About this template
This Notion template is designed to help UX teams effectively monitor and evaluate the performance of various design elements based on user satisfaction and confusion rates. It enables easy identification of low-performing components, allowing teams to focus on improving elements that may cause frustration or confusion for users.
The Main Page provides an overview of all tracked design elements, showing their type (Familiar or Unique), user satisfaction scores, confusion rates, and a calculated performance score. The performance score is determined using a simple formula that factors in both user satisfaction and confusion rate, providing a dynamic and scalable way to measure the effectiveness of each design element. This score is displayed on a scale from 0 to 10, where any element scoring below 3 is flagged as requiring attention.
To streamline the process of addressing these flagged components, the Low Performance page automatically pulls in any design elements that have a performance score below 3. These elements are listed for review, and a team member can be assigned to resolve the issue. A notification system is also included, allowing team members to be informed when they are assigned to a low-performing design element, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
This template helps UX teams maintain a high standard of usability by ensuring that design elements are continuously assessed and optimized. The formula-driven performance score and automated filtering system make it easy to track areas for improvement, ensuring that user experiences are smooth, intuitive, and efficient.
