I built this when I was looking for a Pipeline Management Template, but couldn’t find something that was clean, yet impactful.
The idea behind this setup is to have a simple and clear view of all the deals I have at a specific point-in-time, as well as the key things I need (deal name, deal size, probability of closing, next step, and next step date) to know which deals I should focus on everyday.
Filter by deal stage for a visual overview of your pipeline, or by urgency to get a better idea of the most important deals you need to work on.
Best for B2B salespeople or startup founders who are focused on maximizing revenue.
