📌 About the Tracker
My Workout & Body Tracker is designed for those who follow a structured training plan and switch between a few workouts at the gym or home. Once set up, you can log a new training session with one click and track your exercises easily. Likewise, with one click, you can record body measurements, including auto-calculated body fat % using the Navy Method. Stay consistent and watch your progress grow!
📖 How to Use This Tracker
Start a Workout
With one click, create a new workout session. This logs the date and allows you to track your exercises without setting everything up manually each time.
Workout Log
All your completed workouts are stored here. This lets you look back at past sessions and analyze your progress.
Strength Progress
For each workout, you can send your exercises to the Strength Progress database with one click. Then, you only need to enter the weights used (or just reps for body-weight exercises). Over time, you can track improvements in your lifts and repetitions.
Track Body Progress
Quickly log new body measurements with one click.
Body Progress
Here, you can track changes in key body measurements like:
Weight
Waist, hip, and neck circumference
Body fat percentage (calculated automatically using the Navy Method)
The Navy Method estimates body fat based on your height, waist, neck, and (for women) hip circumference. It’s useful because it doesn’t require special equipment—just a measuring tape. If you prefer another way to track body fat (e.g., smart scale or caliper measurements), you can delete the properties used for the Navy Method calculation and enter your own fat percentage instead.

Customize Your Workouts
Open the workout template in
Workout Log
database by clicking
Edit this template
.List your exercises in the template.
Edit the
Add today's workout results
button by clicking
Edit button
and change the
Exercise
property to your exercises.
Customize the “Body Measurement” Button for Easy Tracking
Click
Edit button
and set up your
Height
and
Sex
.
Once you're set up, you can delete the instructions, remove the sample entries, and start training!
