This template is the highest level and simplest OKR tracker of the Citadel Projects collection.
Use this template at the department executive & company level objectives. Grant view access to everyone in the company so they can see how their team and personal objectives align with the company's targets.
Use the Manager Hub to allow team leaders to help their teams create and manage personal objectives to align with team (and therefore company) objectives.
Use the employee hub for individuals who want to track their own objectives separate from a team or company.
