How to Use a Habit Scorecard:
1. List Your Habits: Write down all the habits you perform in a typical day, from the moment you wake up to when you go to bed.

2. Categorize Each Habit: Use symbols like + for positive habits, - for negative habits, and = for neutral habits

3. Analyze Your Habits: Review your scorecard to identify which habits are beneficial and which ones might be holding you back.

4. Make Adjustments: Use this awareness to make conscious changes. Focus on reinforcing positive habits and reducing or replacing negative ones.
