Some people find that journaling helps with expressing their feelings, and have a way to say everything they wished they had said to the person they lost.

But starting from a blank page can feel daunting.

That’s why I came up with >45 prompts to help you let it all out.

Having lost several people in the past year, I often felt like I had so much to say but didn’t know what to do with my thoughts & feelings.

That’s why I came up with this template idea.
