This template is designed to track user feedback across various features of your website or app, prioritize issues, and facilitate communication with your team for resolution. It includes:
• Main Page: Where all feedback is collected.
• Attention Page: A filtered view displaying only feedback with a user rating of less than 3.
• Assign and Inform Team: Key columns for assigning tasks and notifying the responsible team members.


Columns Breakdown:
1. Feedback ID:
• Text type: Unique ID for each feedback entry (e.g., F1, F2, F3).
2. Page/Feature:
• Text type: The page or feature being tested (e.g., “Homepage,” “Checkout”).
3. Feedback Type:
• Dropdown type: Type of feedback received (e.g., “Usability,” “Functionality,” “Design”).
4. Feedback Description:
• Text type: A detailed description of the user’s feedback (e.g., “Button is not responsive”).
5. User Rating:
• Number type: The user’s rating for the feature, on a scale of 1 to 5 (e.g., 1/5, 2/5, etc.).
6. Date Tested:
• Date type: The date when the feedback was collected.
7. Status:
• Dropdown type: Tracks the status of the issue (e.g., “Pending,” “Resolved”).
8. Assign:
• Person type: Assign the task to a specific team member who will be responsible for resolving the issue.
9. Inform Team (Button Property):
• Button type: When clicked, the assigned person will be notified in Notion about the feedback that needs to be resolved.
