This template is an email marketing tool for managing client email campaigns. Here's how it works:

First, we import client data (names and emails) via a CSV file. By default, the Status property is set to "Not Started" and Subscription Status is set to "Subscribed."

When Status is changed to "In Progress," the automation triggers an email from your account (in this template, it uses my email). The email includes a subject line and campaign message—in this example, inviting recipients to complete a home insurance form—plus an unsubscribe option. When someone fills out the unsubscribe form, the automation notifies designated team members to exclude that email address.

Note: Free Gmail accounts are limited to sending 100 emails simultaneously to avoid spam filtering, while Google Workspace accounts can send up to 2,000 emails.

The template includes a sample Home Insurance Quote form, but you can customize the form or remove it entirely based on your needs.
