  • a wonyoungism inspired diary + entry template (which includes things i enjoyed today, gratitude list, current mood, shadow work, affirmations and thoughts)

  • morning routine checklist (includes my self-care summer routine for inspo)

  • daily goals checklist (water, diet, exercise, skincare, affirmations etc.)

  • life goals/longterm vision board (a breakdown of your dreams and the smaller steps you need to take to reach them!)

  • affirmations (includes a few of my favourites)

  • my fav youtube channels (you can keep mine or add your own)

  • shadow work questions + toggle to reveal extra related questions

  • general physical health tracking (calories, exercise, diet, weight etc.)

please note that although all of these sections include a template/suggestions, you are welcome to edit anything you want to!
