Simple Meal Tracker

A simple habit tracking template to count how many meals in one month you eat that meet a certain criteria (e.g. meat, veggie, vegan, homemade).

This simple meal tracker is about just tracking one thing you want to build a habit around. You can use it to count the number of vegan meals you eat per month or the number of homemade meals you eat per month. With an easy tick box and a counter at the bottom so you can keep track, it's fast and simple and doesn't take up anymore of your time than necessary. I'm not a fan of overcomplicating things! Whatever your food goal you can customise how you use it. I personally don't want more than a third of the meals I eat per month to contain meat so I will tick the box for every meat meal I eat and keep count that way. Happy tracking and remember food is supposed to be nourishing and joyous!
