Workout tracker template really good
Better than other ones I have used. This is really comprehensive and goes well with my Push pull legs split. It needs a bit improvement in assigning dates to the workout. That bit is confusing. Rest everything is perfect. I should be able to write a log for my workout to write about how the experience was
