This tracker will help you monitor the number of days completed and track progress for various practices or disciplines.

To add a new practice in the MY PRACTICES block, click +New Page and enter a title 10 days of desire affirmations. Then click the button for how many days you need to add for this practice. Scroll down and fill out the practice card. The TODAY block shows all practices scheduled for today. Check off completed items in the TODAY block or in the CALENDAR block. In the MY PRACTICES block you will see your progress.
