Lean Coffee is a meeting facilitation technique with a simple but effective format. It is structured, with a democratically selected agenda, and the discussion is led by the attendees of the meeting.
This lays out how to facilitate such a meeting using Notion. The instructions are in the template as a reminder. Lean coffees typically run for 45 minutes to an hour, depending how deep the discussion, or how many topics you'd like to cover.
