Daily log and workout program tracker with several components. The Daily Log section displays recent workout activities, including meditation and various exercises like dumbbell presses, bench presses, and squats. Each entry shows its status (Done/Not started), number of sets, and weight/time metrics. The Workout Program section shows a weekly split across 5 days (Monday-Friday), with each day having specific exercises assigned. The interface uses a clean, organised layout with clear status indicators and exercise categorisation.
