This page is designed for weight tracking over time, allowing daily entries to monitor changes in weight, body fat percentage, and fitness indicators such as BMI (Body Mass Index), BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), and TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). It also calculates recommended amounts for protein, carbohydrates, and fats based on personal goals.
In the first section, each entry records the date, weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and essential energy and nutritional calculations.
The second section shows a breakdown of the recommended intake (protein, carbohydrates, fats), BMI indicators, progress notes (weight loss or gain), and activity levels. Users can also attach progress photos alongside the data to track physical changes visually.
