Thanks to its drag and drop functionality, planning is very quick and easy. Simply drag a recipe to the desired day and repeat for the rest of the week.
It can also help you create your grocery list based on the recipes you selected for the week. All you have to do is check-off the ingredients you already have in your kitchen.
When it’s time to cook, just open the recipe planned and start cooking.

You can also set goals for your protein, carbs, fats and fibers intake. Your daily progress is calculated automatically based on the recipes you selected, to help you eat a balanced diet and achieve your health goals.
