Hello there!

Does your weekend fly by in a blink of an eye? As a medical doctor, I identify as being a life-long student and busy working professional. I need my weekends to be both rejuvenating and productive, and creating a long to-do list of my chores and tasks intimidates me. I use this weekend reset template to organize my tasks in a specific, yet achievable manner.

I recommend customizing this template following these steps:
1. Identify your life domains - What do you spend most of your time on these days? Those become your life domains, or areas of focus. Don't forget to include a self-care domain too!
2. Fill out your tasks under each domain - How do you want to spend your weekend? What are tasks that will help you wrap up with your previous week, and move onto the next week feeling recharged and ready? Feel free to break down your bigger tasks into small chunks.
3. Create a routine or schedule to accomplish your tasks - I have created a sample in the table on the right. These are meant to be placeholders to allocate time to tasks.
4. Get inspired - I have listed examples of books and podcasts I turn to for inspiration regularly, and you may be familiar with some (or all) of them. Explore more and keep adding to the list!
4. Reset your reset checklist - There's a template at the bottom to reset this template once you are done, to get ready for your next reset.
