About this template
At the top, you can fill in who you're going with, when you're going, the country you are going to and any key things you need to remember. The template will automatically calculate days remaining until the trip using the start date you have input.
On the left hand side are all the days that you will be on holiday for. Under each colour coded day you can add bullet points of where you want to go, what you want to eat, any maps etc etc.
On the right hand side are a list of travel related admin you might need. The packing list allows you to make and tick off a checklist of things you need for the trip. The "where is what" list allows you to note down what you have put in each zip of your carry on bag - no more panicked fumbling for your passport or rummaging for a snack! The expenses so far is a list I fill in at the end of every day that I'm on vacation - it helps me keep on track and is useful for keeping in budget and knowing how much I can lay aside for things such as souvenirs. The arrival and departure list helps keep all that information, as well as your accommodation details, in one handy place.
