A comprehensive system to organize every part of your life.
It's composed of two parts, which I call "Reasoned", the project management part and "DataBayesd", the knowledge management part.
Reasoned is composed of six databases: Goals, Plans, Projects, Project Tasks, Habits, To-do, while Databayesd has seven: Topics, Ideas, Resources, Working Memory, Learning Notes, Spaced Repetition, Experiments.
The template comes with a sophisticated project management approach: you can choose between a dynamic project, where you set project start date, units, speed, and time fraction of available hours, then the project end date and units/time are calculated, or alternatively, you can set the end date and get the necessary speed you need to achieve. It is designed to take into multiple concurrent projects into account, so that the calculations are accurate.
Not only that, but you can also choose between distributing projects over days, where each day you do one of them, or within the same day, where you do all of them throughout the day. You can even have some projects distribute among days, and others within the same day, at the same time, and all the details are calculated automatically! The template comes with documentation with descriptions for each component.
