Hello! I hope you make the most of this Notion setup. I designed it to be easy to use, so here’s a step-by-step guide.
In the Meals section, you’ll find all your recipes. You can add detailed information, like the nutritional content of each dish, if needed. This page also includes a shortcut for viewing your meal plans at a glance.
In the Ingredients section, you can list all ingredients, link them to specific meals, set up custom tags, and indicate if you already have the item at home or need to buy it. Items you need to purchase will appear in the Market List on this page.
Weekly Meal Planner: To use it, simply drag a meal from the Meals tab to the appropriate day of the week in the table above. This allows you to quickly organize and view your meals by day. When you’re ready to reset the planner, select all entries and drag them to No Week. This will unassign the days and let you start fresh for the new week.
