The Personal Branding Story Bank

Personal branding in 2025 needs to be relatable and authentic. Especially with the rise of AI what your audience wants is real stories, lessons and takeaways from someone in the trenches like you. This notion template is all about recording and categorising important stories.

This is a two part notion template. Section 1 is a regular journaling logbook to keep track of your thoughts, achievements, feelings and learnings from your day or week. Section 2 is a Story Bank. The story bank is a great way to take stories or lessons learnt and recounted in your journal and save them into the story bank for future use either in your own life or in your personal brand.

Here is an example. You are doing a presentation and you need a story that conveys an emotion, shows a characteristic or gives an example. The personal story bank can filter your stories by Characteristic, Emotion and category not to mention just being able to have a list of your personal life stories to help make your content relatable and authentic.
