Article Manager: SEO & Multilanguage Edition
About this template
This template has helped me a lot and improved my results in search rankings.
It helps you find connections between topics, build better internal linking, and get a clear overview of your content workflow.
Whether you're working on SEO-focused articles, creating content in multiple languages, or just looking to stay organized, this template keeps everything in one place and makes managing your content strategy much easier.
It might feel a bit overwhelming at first, but once your article database grows to 10+ entries, it saves you a lot of time.
How to Use the Template?
1. Set Up Categories: Head to "Categories" (under the table), delete the existing ones, and add your own categories and subcategories.
2. Create a New Page: Go to the "In Progress" section and create a new page. Add the title in your main language and use the "Article Template" to get started.
3. Add Titles and Descriptions: Fill in the titles and descriptions for each language version of your article.
4. Link Related Articles: Skip this for now if you're just starting, but later, link related articles to see how they connect and plan internal linking.
5. Internal Links: Add the anchor texts you want to use for linking articles. When you link from Article A to B, it'll automatically show up in Article B as an incoming link.
6. Track Keywords: Add keywords for each article using the language tabs (English, Ukrainian, Russian, or your preferred ones). You can also set priority keywords to make sure you don't miss key points.
7. Kick-off Checklist: Use the checklist to start working on your article. Feel free to tweak it to match your workflow.
