Shotlist for Video Creators

Finish editing your YouTube videos more quickly with this shotlist template. Easily import markers or comments from Premiere Pro, Frame.io, and other tools – then add tags to your shots, assign editors and crew, etc. This is the missing piece in your post-production workflow.
About this template

I built this template to help me edit YouTube videos more quickly, and that's exactly what it'll help you do as well.

Easily add shots, b-roll ideas, animations, corrections, and other items into the included database. You can even import these items from Premiere Pro markers or Frame.io comments, which will included timecode data.

Once you've imported your items, give them Gather Tags so you can efficiently batch your gather process – e.g. do all your Screen Recording items at once, then group all your Film items by Location. (Just like they do it in Hollywood!)

This standalone version of my shotlist template is 100% free, and you can copy it for each new project.

If you'd like a shotlist built right into each new video project you create, check out my full Creator's Companion template here on Notion's Marketplace. It's the exact template I use to produce all my videos, and it includes a central B-roll database that brings all this template's functionality directly into your video projects.
