Run Log

Once you log your Distance (km) and Duration (minutes) your average pace will be automatically calculated.
When entering the date of your run, if it is in the future or a couple of hours. I’d recommend adding a reminder when clicking on the actual date in the date column.

Weekly & Monthly Progress Summary

Once a run has been logged on the run log it will automatically align in the weekly and monthly summary. So, need to add anything in the summaries.
