About this template
I refer to all the possible questionnaires I work on as "RFXs" where when you say "RFX", it implies a questionnaire of some kind. The tool supports any questionnaire type: an RFQ, RFI, RFP, Security, Legal, Due Diligence, etc.
Multiple companies provide similar solutions but I built this tool before buying an expensive solution was an option.
