To use this template effectively:

2. Set reminders for time-sensitive items using the @ mention feature.
Regularly review and update your tasks, moving completed ones to the "done" section at the bottom. Use the priority matrix to focus on what's truly important and urgent. Keep your list concise and relevant by deleting or delegating tasks when necessary.
