Welcome to the startup all-in one solution. This template is designed to help you manage and streamline your projects by tracking expenses, monitoring deal conversions, and creating projects (leveraging some enhancements from Notion’s Projects & Tasks Template) based on closed deals. Essentially, it serves as a comprehensive project management dashboard to keep all your business activities organized and easily accessible.
We've also set up a formulas and rollups that allow you to click a button to add hourly time tracking tickets attached to each task. You can estimate your hours, see if you are over, under, or right on time for project success. Additionally, this allows you to leverage Notions powerful charts views and report on any of your time entries.
