Project Management System for Small Teams

## Introduction

Leading Cross-Domain Software Teams for a while now, I realised a need for a single repository which can hold all the data of a project right from planning - design - development - deployment. We have been using separate tools for managing To-Dos, a separate tool for QA, Documentations and what not! This made it difficult to navigate and access resources related to a project.

This Notion Template helps you get a head start by giving you ready-made databases for tasks, feedback, milestones, wikis, queries, documentations etc. Withing the Tasks and Feedback, I have configured domain-specific and user-specific views with pre-defined filters and sorting added.

The Dashboard helps the team stay on track with active projects and their current week tasks!
It gives the specific team leads to view their team's plan and overall progress right from the Dashboard itself across the projects!
