Quickly prioritize your tasks and identify low-hanging fruit / the most impactful to-do's with this Notion template modeled after an Eisenhower matrix. It takes just three simple steps:
1. Brainstorm
Brainstorm next steps for your project, company, or personal gaols. Try to generate as many ideas as you can. Set 5-10 minutes on the timer, and let the brainstorming begin!
2. Organize
Next, score all your ideas by their expected time/cost and impact:

After you get through all the ideas, take note of the ideas in the first quadrant (High impact, Low time). These are the ideas that you should start to tackle right away!
