Menstrual Period Cycle Survey for Couple

In the beginning, I built this page for my darling; she will fill out the survey each month, and with the automation trigger, I will receive the information right at the time her period starts. After that, with the automation formula field, I can auto-calculate the duration of each phase in her whole menstrual cycle (Period, Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal) without using an external paid application. This work helped me to understand my girl more thoroughly, especially during her period, and the last purpose is to support our sex life better.
