Master todo-list

The “Master todo” is a database that centralizes all your to-dos, appointments, things to remember and responsibilities. It allows you to organize them by life area, to-do date, urgency level and status. It's both simple and frighteningly effective, and I've created it for people who want more rigorous organization without the headache of multiple databases, categories and the like.

A database that centralizes your tasks is an indispensable part of good organization. The Todolist is all well and good, but how can you effectively integrate a task for ... next week? The ophthalmologist's appointment in 11 months? Here, it's two in one. With the “Today” view, you have today's todolist, but you can still store tasks for later that won't pollute your daily todo. That's the power of databases and views on Notion ;)
