Set your goals
- use the checkbox list to set your current goals
- utilise the '+Add' button to add a new goal
Stay on top of your tasks
- keep track of outstanding tasks by listing them using the checkbox list
- utilise the '+Add' button to add a new task
Master your schedule
- plan each day of the week in detail from 6am to 9am with half-hour slots
- utilise the 'New week' button to clear the events/tasks of previous week
Stay ahead of upcoming events
- keep track of the events that have been entered into the calendar for the month ahead
Build positive habits
- track your habits by listing them and checking them off for each day of the week
- select your weekly goal for each habit under the 'Target' column and watch your progress through the progress bars
- utilise the 'New week' button to clear the previous week of tracking
Create your workouts
- create your daily workout in the provided table
- utilise the 'New session' button to clear the tables contents
Build your exercise glossary
- add your exercises to the exercise glossary by utilising 'Add exercise'
- track sets, reps, weight and volume for each exercise in the table within each exercise page
