- Section 1: Life Domains
- List everything you want to achieve across all life domains
- Write in present tense
- You’d better list habits, because they are more predictable than goals
- Section 2: Your ideal ordinary week
- Plan your ideal week. It’s important that you calculate with an ordinary week and don’t look far in the future. Just recall your last time when you was happy and productive.
- Section 3: Your ideal day
- Plan your ideal ordinary day five years from now. This should be different from your ideal week: this time, we’re projecting into the future.
- Section 4: Memorable experiences
- List 4 memorable experiences you want to have this year. Also, list your past favorite experiences.
- Make sure that you schedule at least a single task each week that moves your needle towards your ideal week and life plan.
