Overview:
Ticketing is often a fragmented process stringing together some input software (Google form, Typeform, etc) with a ticketing software (Zendesk, Asana, etc) which is both inefficient and expensive. What if it could all be handled out of one place?
With the release of forms and automations functionality, it is easier than ever to centralize your ticketing workflows into Notion. A customized form can be setup for users to submit their bug with appropriate information (User, Details, attachments) and for functional teams to be assigned and work towards the completion of requests in a timely manner.
This template has all the base functionality to get started including:
A database tracking all requests with built in templates and commenting
Charts visualizing workload
Users can view their submissions but not others
IT/HR/Ops team members can view the tickets assigned to them
Additionally, this template can easily be customized to best fit the way your team does work:
Ticket request types
Automations to assign ownership
Automations to send slack/email notifications as ticket status changes
Conditional logic (ie if a certain type of request, ask additional questions)
