About this template
I've learned that getting better at something worth doing mostly requires consistency whether that be learning a new language or just getting stronger in the gym.
I created this little habit tracker in notion to help me manage new habits and see how often I was meeting my frequency goals. If I wasn't feeling strong in the gym I can normally answer that with a look at my overview which told me the the goal was being met less than 50% of the time.
This visualisation and accountability has really helped me progress in lots of areas of my life and I hope it can maybe help you. All for less than a cup of coffee!
