A comprehensive Employee Hub for General Practice, my Notion template, is designed to streamline employee management and ensure compliance with CQC staffing record requirements. This template consists of four interconnected databases that work seamlessly together:

- Annual Leave Allocation: Monitor the leave entitlements for each staff member.
- Onboarding Information: Easily manage documents such as induction materials, confidentiality agreements, CVs, photo IDs, and references.
- Immunization History: Maintain vaccination records with a dedicated file upload field for easy access.
- Mandatory Training Overview: View an overview of required training for each employee.
- Annual Mandatory Training Reminders: Automatically generate reminders for mandatory training using Notion’s automation features.
- Staff Onboarding Management: Includes forms to efficiently manage the onboarding process.

- Employee Leave Calendar
- Manage annual leave and absences with an intuitive calendar view, including a request form for employees to submit leave requests.

- Mandatory Training
- Track mandatory training sessions and record completion of training and safety certificates. Generate reminders for staff with the Mandatory Training button in the Employee Directory.

- Appraisals
- Utilize forms to collect pre-appraisal questionnaires and provide a structured template for the entire appraisal process.

Chart Integration: Enhance insights with visual charts that summarize employee data and trends.

This template leverages Notion’s new page layout for a minimalist design, providing a clean and user-friendly interface that makes navigating employee information effortless. Automations is used throughout the template.
