Baking Recipe Book and Dough Calculator

Whilst setting up my micro bakery I found myself frustrated with the common industry practice of using spreadsheets to work out and store bread recipes; or even still, in some instances paper notebooks and a physical calculator. I wanted a more aesthetically pleasing place to spend my time when working on recipes, and thinking further ahead: I wanted anyone such as potential employees to be able to understand it without being overwhelmed. This led me to creating my own solution in Notion. I was already a fan of Notion for storing my personal notes, so it made a lot of sense to me. After a lot of tweaking, I think it's at a point where other bakers both home and professional may see value in it too.
