CPRA - Context, Purpose, Results, Action Plan
About this template
If you are not setting the context for a meeting, then you are taking on someone else's. This template is intended to be used to discover what context you want to achieve your best results from an interaction, meeting, event, or conversation.
When you come to an obstacle, if you have thought deeply about what you want and why you want it, you are more likely to overcome it. This is especially true if it is something you know about ahead of time.
But any such meeting requires a bit more than agenda. It also requires you knowing a bit about the event, and doing some preparation and research. Reviewing how things went afterwards is also key to capture the lessons of this exercise.
Use this template to do all three stages of this: Homework, Results, Purpose, Context, Agenda, and review.
If you have worked on a men's team, you may have experienced this technology for planning an executing a meeting or an event.
The sky is the limit for the scope that this can cover.
